The breakfast was great (I especially enjoyed the coffee). The location was suitable for my business needs.
The reception desk did not answer the phone . I had to go down to request any assistance. This was an inconvenience.

i found the staff to be very accommodating (they always greeted me with a smile). they resolved any issues quickly. the hotel has easy access to bus and metro stops. i discovered a shopping center with great restaurants just behind the hotel.
during my stay, our tour bus could not enter the premises. we had to carry our luggage about 200 meters from the main road in windy weather. i expect better assistance with luggage for a five-star hotel.

the gym features modern equipment. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded area. it is a great setup for relaxation after a busy day.

i found the staff friendly. my room was spacious. the bath provided a separate shower. i also liked the tub.
i think the service quality is low. it is not five stars. breakfast service felt average. the reception took quite some time for simple tasks.
